Conrad Thomson-Dewey
Founder and Admin of MQB Trackcars
Conrad is the owner and founder of MQB Trackcars, along with owning his own business. Conrad is a self employed driving instructor working for himself under the moniqor of ‘Learn with Conrad’. Throughout the last 8 years, he has tracked his car on multiple circuits throughout England, Wales and Germany. Venturing across to the Nuburgring Nordschleife a couple dozen times along with a fair few trackdays at places such as Donington Park, Cadwell Park and Oulton Park. Conrad tends to aim for 7-10 trackdays within the UK where possible throughout the year.
Conrad's MK7 GTI has a slew of upgrades supplied and fitted by one of our other admins, Matthew Brooke. The car has a REVO map, brake kit and various other goodies on it - meaning it’s no longer 245bhp. This Red GTI should return roughly around 400bhp now with its IS38 turbo upgrade, MST Turbo Inlet pipe and elbow, along with its Majesty Intercooler. All these extra modifications to produce more power from the base IS20 in the GTI as standard.
